The trip starts with a brief safety briefing, and possibly a short temporary skippers course if you don’t have a valid skippers license. Load your gear, partner, kids and drinks and you are all set to start your special trip. You will want for nothing on the boat! The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove (2 plates), gas oven, electrical fridge and all the utensils, pots, glasses and cutlery you will need. A gas geyser makes for warm showers (yes there is a shower and porta potty on board) and easy washing up in the sink. The Tranquillity sleeps up to 5 people and can accommodate up to 7 people on a day trip. Bring along some charcoal and have a braai on the small weber available on board!

For fishermen, the river yields regular catches of grunter, leer fish, kob as well as the all-present flatties. Imagine not having to pack up when the sun sets, allowing you enjoy the chase of a leerie before it smashes your lure! Time to target shoals of big kob and grunter deep into the night. What more could an angler ask for?
